Since graduating from the University of Manitoba in 1978, Luis has been working in Architectural design for over 35 years and has gained extensive experience working on a variety of architectural projects across Canada, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
From 1993 to 2012, his primary focus was on health care projects in Canada including AB Children's Hospital and South Health Campus. Since 2012 Luis has been based in the Middle East and worked in Kasian’s Doha Office in Qatar. While in the Doha Office he worked on a number of local projects ranging from the Al Wajba Palace Clubhouse, a General Hospital for the Qatar Ministry of Interior and a 250-unit apartment complex. His multicultural experience provides a solid background for client liaison from conception to completion.
