Czeslaw is a graduate of the Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS) and Dalhousie University, an author, and an experienced architect with a diverse portfolio spanning sports and recreation facilities, residential developments, healthcare, and commercial and institutional projects. He has contributed to several award-winning projects throughout his career.

In his role, Czeslaw provides strong technical oversight, supporting project reviews and guiding teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated, and consistent deliverables. He is particularly skilled at resolving complex technical issues and offers practical, code-compliant solutions that support efficient project delivery.
