Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office received a new, more efficient layout, reducing waiting time and increasing client privacy. This was accomplished by providing clients with individual cubicles designed to absorb and contain sound, thus increasing client confidence when providing personal information. Another feature incorporated into each cubicle is an integrated camera, allowing clients to complete all the necessary transactions in one area.

Ergonomic staff workstations were custom designed to hold the operational materials required for individual transactions, such as application forms, license plates, etc. Illuminated triangular acrylic panels indicate if a cubical is available or occupied. This project was completed on time and on budget and exceeded client expectations.
