The house sits on top of a Yellowknife outcrop with splendid views spanning from the East North East to South of the Back and Yellowknife Bays located on Great Slave. This incredible view became a focal point and a main consideration in the design, and, through the incorporation of the radius arc, each room of the duplex was able to have a commanding view of the two bays.

The front side in view of the street has a more orthogonal appearance to relate to the context of the adjacent buildings.

The building features radiant slab heat, high efficiency triple glazed argon filled windows, and a three-story clerestory window, that brings light into the heart of the house. Along with panoramic rooftop terraces, the beautiful views are never out of reach.
