Skilled in structural design, project management, and quality control, he ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective project execution. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD PRO, Raed combines strong technical knowledge with hands-on site supervision.
