As the department of Human Resources was consolidated in the YK Centre, we designed new floor layouts so that the image, people flow, acoustic privacy, functional relationships and environment are conducive to hiring, finance, payroll and clerical processes. The architecture expresses an approachable, friendly yet professional workplace. Our team recommended furniture, finishes and layouts which promote this idea and bring natural light into all workstations for inspirational, animated, and productive work spaces. Sandblasted glass panels bring light to the core of the building while still accommodating the acoustic separation required by the programme.
